Snap Judgments for the Undeserving

This made me weirdly happy...

... so I had to share:

Thanks to Tousled Pigtails for introducing us all to the concept of SPAM poetry. Oh yes, you use your SPAM to compose nifty poems ... and let me tell you, it is weirdly satisfying. I think it's the idea of giving something that is inherantly useless and annoying some sense of purpose. Or maybe I just really don't want to do my work.

Pigtails' ode to Spam (it's a Haiku!):

Here's my version (not cool enough to be a Haiku, but none the less gave me a strange sense of catharsis):

Some downing locust,
Your home credit agreement is about to END,
am I your girl?

I feel so post-modern and cool ... now, where did I put my beret?

  • I really shouldn't admit these things in public, but I thought you meant poetry composed from Spam, the canned meat product. Imagine my dissapointment...

  • Wow ... "By the time Scarlett had undressed and blown out the candle"??? You get classy SPAM. Somehow that just seems unfair.
